Initiatives
At People, Process, Things, we believe in the power of collective action to make meaningful change.
Our initiatives are not just about addressing challenges; they’re about fostering an abundance mindset, breaking down information barriers, and building a robust and connected community where you know you’re not alone.
We’re doing our part in redefining what it means to thrive in today’s workplaces, focusing on connection, clarity, and collective empowerment.

Surviving the Messy Middle is a community for women and non-binary folks navigating mid-career complexities. While plenty of resources exist for those just starting out or reaching executive levels, this initiative fills the gap for those in between. We focus on creating a space that understands the unique challenges of this stage—balancing career growth, representation, and the emotional labor that comes with it—all through an intersectional lens. We’ll build tools and resources that foster support, clarity, and community.

A Guilt-Free Book Club is a space where everyone can join the discussion—whether you’ve read the book cover to cover, skimmed a few chapters, or haven’t had a chance to start. We understand that life gets busy, and keeping up with societal and cultural norms can be overwhelming. That’s why we curate books that offer practical insights, available in various formats, so you can engage in the way that fits your life. Join us for an inclusive, pressure-free conversation! Five Minds, Fifteen Facets is a methodology designed to ensure that initiatives are as intersectionally aware as possible. The idea is simple: by having five individuals, each representing at least three facets of diversity, guide or advise an organization or initiative, you’re more likely to foster intersectional inclusivity in every aspect of your work. This approach helps ensure that decisions and strategies reflect a range of perspectives, leading to more thoughtful, equitable outcomes.
